For years, we have been building Drupal portals for a wide range of clients. Sometimes, integration with other systems is also required. E.g. we are currently working on a solution that automatically posts news updates (entered in Drupal) directly to WhatsApp groups. This keeps everyone informed and allows for immediate responses.
The reverse is also possible, of course: a WhatsApp message can be automatically published in the exact right spot on your website.
