1. Introduction

As of May 25, 2018, a new regulation will take effect: The General Data Protection Regulation (In English: GDPR; in Dutch: AVG). We handle personal data with great care and we want to inform you ​​how we treat your data as an organization. That is why we have drawn up a Privacy Statement. iDelft B.V. is a private company with limited liability. We are based in Delft and are registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 27168688. Our website aims to inform (potential) customers and applicants. For this we hardly have to store any personal data. In this document we clearly state what information we collect, why we do it, how long we keep the data and how we secure it. If you have any questions or comments after reading this document, you can contact our employee who is responsible for data collection via this form. If you have privacy-related complaints about our services, we also ask you to use this form. Our employee will handle the question or complaint carefully and if necessary contact you. 2. Why we process data

If you want to get in touch with iDelft it is possible to use web forms. Only the absolute minimum amount of data is saved, including name, e-mail address, organization, an optional telephone number and the subject and description. We do not store passwords of customers or visitors of the website. We do store data of employees who have access to the website.

3. Legal basis

We only process your data after we have requested your consent or when we are legally obliged to do so. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing prior to that withdrawal.

4. Personal data

If you get in contact via our website by means of a web form, we will include the information provided by you in our database. We store only those personal and company data that are necessary for our processing purposes. We make every effort to properly secure your personal data. The security of data sent over the internet can never be fully guaranteed because this security also depends on factors that we do not check (eg the anti-virus measures that customers have to take).

5. Saving personal data

We store personal data in our website as long as it is necessary to answer the question. If we expect that it may be necessary in the future to get in touch again in connection with the question then we will store your personal data for this purpose only. We store your data in our database, on a server in a secure environment. Only authorized employees have access to this environment. A security protocol applies that covers the entire chain from the office to the Dutch data center.

6. Automatically generated information

We use cookies to enable the use of Google Analytics and related Google services. We only do this to analyze and improve the use of our website. Some technical cookies are also generated that are necessary for the registration process. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but we can not guarantee that all parts of the website will then work properly. We do not use Pixel tracking to find out how someone ended up on our websites. We also try in no way to provide anonymous profiles with personal data, for example by linking an identity to an IP address.

7. Providing data to third parties

Clients or other organizations never have access to personal data in our systems. We will not send bulk marketing material to you without prior explicit consent, also not through third parties. We will not provide or sell your personal data to third parties for sending advertising or other direct marketing purposes. We can, however, provide information when we are obliged to do so by law or a legal provision, or in the event that we deem it necessary to protect our own rights in legal proceedings.

8. View, change or delete your personal data

When you want to view, change or delete your data, you need to send a message via our contactform . It may be necessary for us to subsequently determine your identity. In this way we are certain that your data is only provided to you, that the data of the right person is changed or even deleted. All requests for inspection, modification or removal will be picked up as soon as possible. This will always be within the statutory term. With an application for inspection you will receive an overview of your personal data in our database in accordance with the guidelines of the AVG. If you wish to change the personal data that we process about you, the changes to your personal profile will be implemented as soon as possible. If you wish to have your personal data removed from our database, this procedure will be initiated as soon as possible, and we will keep you informed in accordance with the procedure drawn up on the basis of the AVG guidelines. Communication about this will always take place in writing and within the statutory period after receipt of the request. We will never store personal data for longer than is strictly necessary for the processing purposes as stated in this Privacy Statement. It is therefore possible that we will report that there are no more personal data item in our systems because we have taken the initiative ourselves to delete the data.

Our Privacy Statement can be changed. Changes are communicated via our website www.idelft.nl . We recommend checking this website on a regular basis.
